Chili's Open In Penang

The first American's Chili's Grill & Bar opens in Penang Gurney Plaza! Wow, I just can't wait to go try out the food. Today went to Gurney Plaza and saw it's open and a lot of people there. A banner showing Training In Progress, I think it's like in BETA testing.
Ok, this banner hanging shows that it will officially open on 28th May 2007 which is on tomorrow Monday. I must go try out this holiday then I'll tell you guys nice or not.
Chili's is at Gurney Place, beside Gurney Plaza, outside G Hotel next to Breeks.

is the official opening tonight or today itself? and if it's tonight , is the opening by invite or anyone can just go in?
